Funded by Sport England, The Big Lottery, and Norfolk County Council the £1.6m development offers a wide range of land and water based activities.

The Centre is located in Whitlingham Country Park which has over 280 acres of beautiful countryside that is a perfect spot for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and family outings. The park has cycle paths, a picnic meadow, and a visitors centre with a café, information point and toilet facilities.
Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre and Whitlingham Country Park make for a perfect day out for all the family whether you want to get active or take it easy the choice is yours.

Car parking at Whitlingham
The car parks at Whitlingham are managed by a private company, Parking Eye, under contract to the Broads Authority and Whitlingham Charitable Trust.
All funds received from the car parks are used towards the upkeep of the park and for employing rangers.
All users of the car park should pay accordingly for time spent at the park.
Unlike other pay and display car parks, you can make retrospective payments if you over stay. This is essential if you are to avoid penalties imposed by the company.
